This MDPE Push Fit Stop Tap joins MDPE and copper pipes and provides a simple shut-off point in a water system. It installs easily with a push-fit MDPE end and a mechanical copper connection. Kiwa approved for drinking water, it works reliably, and a pipe liner is advised on the MDPE side for a secure seal.

The MDPE Push Fit Stop Tap PE x Copper connects MDPE and copper pipes while providing a built-in shut-off point in the line. It’s ideal for potable water systems and service lines where plastic and metal pipes meet. With a push-fit connection on the MDPE side and a mechanical grip on the copper side, this Kiwa-approved valve is straightforward to install. A pipe liner (stiffener) is recommended on the MDPE side to ensure a strong, leak-free joint.
